Consider the following factors when choosing a lace wig:

• Hair Type: Choose between human hair or synthetic hair based on your preference and budget, human hair wigs cost more than synthetic as they last a lot longer.

• Lace Type: HD(high-definition lace) lace offers the most invisible finish it is a thin, soft, and delicate lace material that blends seamlessly into the scalp to match most skin tones.

Tansparent lace is slightly thicker than HD lace and comes in a light tone that can work for various skin shades, may require lace tint to blend into the scalp. 

• Cap Size: Ensure the wig cap fits your head comfortably by making sure to take the correct measurements when you order (see the diagram on how to measure head)

Cap sizes typically come in Small 21.5" Medium 22.5" Large 23.5"

• Style and Length: Select the hairstyle and length that suits your preference.

 

How do I secure my lace wig?

You can secure your lace wig using several methods:

• Clips and Bands: For a glueless option.

• Wig Tape: For a strong hold.

• Gel or Glue: For a more permanent hold, use products like Bold Hold Glue or Got2Be gel.

• Combs and Clips: For additional security.

 

How long can I wear a lace wig?

The duration you can wear a lace wig depends on the method of attachment:

• Glueless Methods: Can be worn daily and removed easily.

• Tape: Lasts a few days.

• Glue: Can last up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the type and your lifestyle.

 

Can I style my lace wig?

 Yes, you can style your lace wig using heat tools such as curling irons and straighteners. Always use a heat protectant and choose a low setting to prevent damage and discolouration.
