Returns Policy for Jama Wigs
General Policy
At Jama Wigs, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our bespoke human hair wigs, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All our wigs are made to order based on the specifications provided by you. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for bespoke wigs unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the order.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund. To qualify for a return due to defect:
- The wig must be unworn and in its original condition.
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours & images of our products that appear at the store. We can not guarantee that your computer or phone screen display of any colour will be accurate.
Order Errors
In the event of an error in your order (e.g., incorrect colour, length, or style), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the mistake by providing a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the bespoke nature of our wigs, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or altered wigs
- Wigs that have been customized to your specific measurements and specifications
- Wigs that have been damaged due to improper care or use
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@jamawigs.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide photographs of the defect or error, if applicable.
3. Await instructions from our team on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds and Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
